Cancellation Policy

To better serve our guests, we ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged the entirety of your service. All “No-shows” will be charged in full to the credit card on file. We request a 72-hour notice for the cancellation of any packages or appointments for parties of five or more.
